Youth Entrepreneur Internships

As part of our Wicoicage Sakowin kin un Wicakagapi (Building for the Seventh Generation) program, Four Bands offers an internship program that gives high school students the chance to receive hands-on work experience, learn valuable skills, establish a regular pattern of saving, and purchase long-term assets. Youth Entrepreneur Interns contribute half of their earnings to a matched savings account, also known as an Individual Development Account (IDA), in order to build an asset base and pattern of saving money. Participants can use their savings for higher education or starting a business.
