Alissa Benoist

As Four Bands’ Director of Programs, Alissa Benoist is responsible for managing a portfolio of programs and stakeholders aimed at fostering inclusion, engaging the community, encouraging open discourse on race, power, and privilege, and elevating Native perspectives and voices. She is also oversees and manages cross sectional departmental operations and coordinates with all department directors to establish and implement organizational goals. In addition to developing and implementing several place-based programs at the local and regional level, Alissa serves as a key representative and leader of Four Bands and plays a critical role in the organization’s communications strategies. She has extensive experience in the youth education field and attended Williston State College.
