
In her role as Client Services Coordinator, Lacey Turning Heart serves as an internal resource coordinator for staff and clients, creating an environment for seamless client flow. She is responsible for recruiting and enrolling participants in Four Bands’ programs, as well as working with clients to ensure they are connected with the appropriate services. Lacey is passionate about helping people and excited to be part of the Four Bands team.
Lacey has spent her career honing her customer service skills through a variety of positions. Prior to coming to Four Bands, she worked for the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe Land Office, Oyate Connections, a workforce development program on Cheyenne River, and also provided administrative support to two tribal chairmen. She enjoys working behind the scenes to make things come together.
Lacey grew up in Eagle Butte and has lived in the area most of her life; she is a member of the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe. She has completed training in Indian law and social work. Lacey and her partner dedicate much of their spare time to their four daughters’ extra-curricular activities and participate in several 5K’s every year.
