In her role as Four Bands’ Business Loan Officer, Elaine Neigel supports the start-up, growth, and development of small businesses. Her wide range of responsibilities include the planning and delivery of education and training opportunities, the development of customized action plans that support individual business objectives, and loan application processing, packaging, and closing. Elaine is passionate about business development, calling it her 2nd language, and loves helping people grow their businesses.
Elaine came to Four Bands after a 25-year career in retail management. She has an Associate’s Degree from Northern State College in Administrative Systems and also studied social work and business finance. Elaine is well versed in business management, operations, staffing, and customer service. She and her husband, Dennis, raised their four children in Eagle Butte and also own Hometown Furniture. Over the years, Elaine has been an active member of the community, teaching Catechism, volunteering for the Eagle Butte Community Club, coordinating the Parade of Lights and Home Town Days, as well as serving on the All Saints Parish Board. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, RV-ing, and spending time with her family.
