Section 502 Mortgage Loan
The Section 502 loan product is designed to create a pathway to homeownership for low-income borrowers in Dewey and Ziebach Counties. The Section 502 loan can be used for a primary residence, either by purchasing an existing home or building a new manufactured, modular, or stick-built home on fee simple or trust land. To qualify, households of one to four people can have a maximum annual income of $66,400. Households of five to eight people can have a maximum annual income of $87,650.

Credit Builder Loan (up to $3,000, exceptions up to $5,000)
The Credit Builder Loan is often times the first step for aspiring entrepreneurs or homeowners as it enables them to build a positive credit history. This loan is part of our Financial Empowerment Coaching program to support the achievement of financial goals.
Terms: Interest Rate 11%*, Length of Repayment 2-3 years
Home Renovation Loan (up to $100,000)
Our Home Renovation Loan can be used to improve your home’s energy efficiency or complete other projects that increase the value of your home.
Terms: Interest Rate 6-8%*, Length of Repayment up to 10 years
Home Construction Loan
The Home Construction Loan can be used to build a home on or off trust land. Once the construction is complete, the loan balance is rolled into a mortgage loan.
Terms: Interest Rate 5%*, Length of Repayment up to 12 months
Home Mortgage Loan
The Home Mortgage Loan can be used to build or purchase a home on or off trust land. Manufactured, modular, or stick-built homes are eligible.
Terms: Interest Rate varies, Length of Repayment up to 30 years

Eligibility Guidelines
Four Bands’ consumer loan program is available for enrolled tribal members and permanent residents of the Cheyenne River Sioux Reservation.
Loan applicants may be required to successfully complete a financial literacy course and develop a personal budget.
