Four Bands is excited to announce that we’re hiring for two positions – a Business Loan Officer and a Loan Administrator. Both positions will play critical roles within our organization to create access to capital on the Cheyenne River Sioux Reservation and for tribal members throughout the state of South Dakota. We are looking for candidates with a shared commitment to our mission and who will embody our core values while delivering our dynamic lending programs to under resourced communities.
Business Loan Officer
The Business Loan Officer’s main objective is to support the start-up, growth, and development of small businesses. They will accomplish this through a number of tasks, including the planning and delivery of education and training opportunities, the development of customized action plans that support individual business objectives, and loan application processing, packaging, and closing.

The Loan Administrator will often times be the first point of contact for our clients, providing program information to those who make inquiries. The Loan Administrator will also serve as the main interface for clients who are in the process of accessing capital and ensure all documents and information are collected and prepared for processing. In addition, this position will be responsible for inputting and maintaining Four Bands’ database to ensure project outcomes are met.
