At Four Bands Community Fund, our home mortgage product is more than financing it’s a pathway to long-term stability, generational wealth, and community strength. Since 2000, Four Bands has been a leader in Native American community and economic development, serving the Cheyenne River Sioux Reservation and communities across South Dakota. Eligibility Guidelines

Applicants must reside within the designated service area, Dewey County or Ziebach County, in order to be eligible for services. In addition, applicants are required to demonstrate a verifiable income history for a minimum of six (6) consecutive months prior to the date of application. All applicants must provide appropriate documentation at the time of application to verify both residency and income eligibility.
