As Loan Administrator, Chaylyn is often times the first point of contact for our clients. She is responsible for assessing client needs and connecting them with the right program departments that will support their goals. She serves as the main interface for clients who are in the process of accessing capital and ensures all documents and information are collected and prepared for processing. In addition, Chaylyn provides administrative support to the loan department.
Chaylyn has several years’ experience in the agricultural and banking industry. Previous to her position with Four Bands, she worked for Farm Service Agency as a Program Tech where she mainly facilitated disaster relief programs and also some lending programs. She has held various positions in the banking sector, including Teller and Loan and Member Service Representative. She obtained her degree in Welding & Manufacturing from Mitchell Technical College. Chaylyn grew up near Dupree, South Dakota, where she currently resides. As the 4th generation of a ranching family, Chaylyn loves being home at the ranch in her spare time, but she also frequents the rodeo trail from time to time. She is a member of the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe.
