Hannah Higdon

Hannah Higdon serves as the Communications Coordinator at Four Bands where she leads the organization’s social media strategy and digital presence. In her role, Hannah crafts compelling content that amplifies our mission of economic empowerment and community development. She manages all social platforms, develops storytelling campaigns, and ensures consistent branding across digital channels.

With a Master’s degree in Communication Studies from Indiana State University and Bachelor’s in History, Communication Studies, and Political Science, Hannah combines creativity and strategy to foster meaningful engagement. As a Deaf professional and enrolled member of the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe, Hannah brings a unique perspective to inclusive communication and accessibility. She is passionate about creating spaces where all voices are heard and actively volunteers within the Deaf community to promote advocacy and connection. Outside of work, she is an award-winning speaker and writer recognized for her leadership in diversity, equity, and inclusion. Growing up on Cheyenne River, she is glad to be serving the local community.
