As Four Bands’ Home Mortgage Navigator, Kelli Laurenz fills a wide range of service needs among our homeownership clients. In this role, Kelli assists clients on their homeownership journey with a variety of tasks, such as preparing their mortgage applications, determining qualification levels, securing land leases, soliciting estimates from contractors, or identifying additional resource providers. Basically, she works alongside clients every step of the way up to the mortgage loan process, as well as afterwards.
Prior to coming on board at Four Bands, Kelli worked as a Personal Finance Associate at Black Hills Federal Credit Union where she built her knowledge base of the finance industry. She also gained valuable experience with a range of responsibilities in opening accounts, processing transactions, and lending. Kelli grew up in Eagle Butte and Blackfoot on the Cheyenne River Sioux Reservation and obtained her Associate’s degree from Western Dakota Technical Institute. She currently lives in Timber Lake with her fiancé where they are raising five children. They love everything outdoors and also spend many weekends at youth sports games.
